Little Black Bugs In My Carpet

I was doing my homework on my carpeted floor and then a tiny black bug crawled onto my book so i flicked it off. Carpet beetles are tiny black beetles that can be found in the house. These are newly hatched carpet bugs that will be around 1 8 of an inch long and covered in coarse hairs almost like a caterpillar. Don t ever skip looking for these as evidence of adults also indicates probable presence of larvae.

Carpet beetles measure just 1 16 to 1 8 inches long about the size of a pinhead and vary in color.
